Dr. Warcito, S.P, M.M.

Dr. Warcito is a faculty member at IPB University specializing in human resource management, agribusiness, and entrepreneurship development. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Socio-Economics from IPB University and a Doctorate in Management Science from the State University of Jakarta.
As both an academic and practitioner, he actively contributes to vocational education, executive training, and applied research focused on human resource transformation, entrepreneurship, and MSME digitalization. From 2017 to 2025, he served as Secretary of the Center Research for Human Resource Development (P2SDM) under the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) IPB University, where he initiated impactful programs in training, certification, and community empowerment.
Dr. Warcito has authored over thirty books and numerous scientific papers in reputable journals and is a certified trainer in Human Capital Management, Risk Management, Higher Education Quality Assurance, and Entrepreneurship Mentoring.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Indonesian Association of Applied Researchers (APTI) and Chairman of the Indonesian Professional Association for Entrepreneurship Mentors (APPWI), and is an active member of several national and international professional organizations.
As both scholar and practitioner, Dr. Warcito believes that organizational success is built upon competence, collaboration, and humanity. He upholds lifelong learning, meaningful contribution, and social innovation as the guiding principles in all his academic, professional, and community engagements.
