Nowa Adipati Siregar, S.Si. was born in Jakarta on 27 September 1989. He completed his Bachelor of Science in the Applied Meteorology Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, IPB University. His professional career began in June 2014 to July 2017 as an Academic and Student Affairs Staff member at the School of Business IPB University. He was later entrusted with the role of Doctoral Program Supervisor at the School of Business IPB University. Since February 2026, he has been serving as Supervisor of Administrative and General Services at the Institute for Leadership and Executive Education (LKPE) IPB University. He has also obtained a Professional Certification from the Indonesian Professional Certification Authority (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi/BNSP) as a Junior Computer Operator in 2024.
