Lindawati Kartika, S.E., M.Si. is an accomplished academic and expert in the field of public administration, management, and policy development. She has extensive experience in both teaching and research, holding positions as a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Management, Bogor Agricultural University.
With a Master of Public Administration and Human Resources Development Policy from Universitas Indonesia and a Bachelor of Management from IPB, Lindawati’s expertise lies in the area of human resources management, compensation management, organizational behavior, and strategic management.
As a dedicated educator, Lindawati has taught a variety of courses such as Compensation Management, Performance Management, Research Methods for Management, Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Knowledge Management, Job Development Analysis, among others. Her participation as a guest lecturer in various training programs and seminars reflects her dedication to sharing her knowledge and experience with budding professionals.
Lindawati also took part in several research projects, specifically one that highlighted the impact of organizational culture and leadership on employee job satisfaction and performance. Additionally, she wrote numerous papers and publications, including mastering dissertation, conference papers, and journal articles, and published them in various local and international publications.
Lindawati’s expertise in her field has been recognized across different industries, and professional training providers have often invited her as a speaker to their training programs. She was invited to speak as a guest lecturer in the training program with the topic Financial Technology Strategy Management, Challenges, and Business Opportunities. She also shared her expertise in Training Needs Analysis during a training program for healthcare workers from the Harapan Kita Hospital in Jakarta.
